I need help with Blogger

Can anyone tell me why my profile is clear down at the bottom of the page?? And how can I fix it? It is irritating.

    Ha! This happened to me before. Its due to the little lines we make to section off things. You know; these lines _________…

    Try shortening it and see if that helps.
