It's so stupid. I told the hubby not to get me anything. I don't need someone to tell him that he needs to get me something on this day to let me know he loves me. I would rather us celebrate our anniversary in a big way. THAT is a day that means something to us, not Feb. 14. With that said, he already got me something. I won't get him anything. I will do exactly what you said though. I've lost a lot of weight and can finally fit into some of my honeymoon, um, things. Won't cost me a thing but will be exactly what he wants. I hate V-Day. And then he takes me out for stiff drinks and a great meal... Then the next day when I feel like poo from too many drinks (IT ONLY TAKES ME TWO DRINKS TO FEEL LIKE CRAP THE NEXT DAY. I KNOW, WHAT A LIGHTWEIGHT.) He picks up the boy... But being that you guys are building a house and your lovely wifey-poo is DYING to get out the apt, (plus you guys aren't into booze) I suggest handling all diaper changing duties when you are home... Especially runny diapers... Gah. Nothing says "love" like that. (In my humble opinion.)
