In which I show you what I’m currently obsessed with – Part Deux

Again, in no particular order:
My friend Vesper and I made a crap load of iron-ons last week (while getting caught up on past episodes of “Lost”). I’m currently obsessing over this new one I made for Babboo. (I had never done one on a polo shirt, since I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. But I’m pretty proud of how cute this one is.)
As you might know I’ve been doing Weight Watchers for the past year and being very successful with it. In fact I’ve lost quite a bit of weight and have been the healthiest I’ve ever been. (And by “healthiest” I mean “thinnest”.) While it took me a while to accept the fact that I was getting thinner, I had recently accepted it. And been happy about it.
And that is why I’m obsessing that my body went from looking like this:
…to looking like this, in less then two weeks time:
And then again to this in 3 more weeks:
While I usually keep my obsessions in check…this obsession needed to be indulged in more then once. You know, just to be sure!
And last, but certainly not least, I am obsessing over this latest creation:
Come sometime around August I’m sure my obsessions will turn to things like wee booties and good smelling heads and sore boobies and sleeping babies.
(This might explain the first set of obsessions. Especially the odd corn nuts obsession.)

Yaaay! Congratulations! For some reason the shirt in the first picture totally didn’t clue me in. I was like, “I love the skull and crossbones!” I’m a little slow. Fortunately, the pregnancy tests clued me in.

Wow! Congratulations! That’s very very cool. Keep us posted as things progress. My sister in law who lives with us is due in June. It will be the first baby in our house, so I’m looking forward to it, yet a little nervous about how a baby will change all of our lives.

I usually guess when people are pregnant before they post it! You are a super secret keeper! Congratulations. (On the baby. And also the secret keeping. At leas from people who don’t know you that well!) And out of curiosity did you do weight watchers online or in a class? I wanted to do it before but talked myself out of it because I thought it was too expensive…and yeah…that “healthy eating plan” I made out for myself still has an awful lot of Pepsi and bagels in it.
